VISA application
Important:
In addition to a valid passport, some foreign nationals are required to obtain a visa, issued by the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in your country, to enter Japan. If you are uncertain to your requirement, please consult your nearest Japanese Embassy/ Consulate or visit the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan at http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.htmlIf you need to obtain a visa for attending and presenting at the conference, please carry out the following procedures.
Download Visa Questionnaire : Please download the visa questionnaire (MS-WORD doc format) to apply for Visa document. Please fill in the form and email it with your passport copy in PDF or JPG to APES2014-IES-SEST2014 Secretary, apes@kobe-u.ac.jp, well in advance. The subject of e-mail should be “Visa application”. We will provide you the required documents for the visa application. Please be noted that it will take more than 3 weeks after you made the application to your nearest Japanese Embassy/ Consulate and we do not issue the visa itself.
