Presentation Information
ORAL PRESENTATIONS:
The presentation time includes talk and 5 minutes discussion. The bell will ring three times during oral presentations for notice. The first bell rings when approximately 2/3 of your talk has passed. The second bell notifies that the presentation time is over and start discussion. The third bell notifies that the scheduled time including discussions is over.

Oral presentations will be given in the conventional format using PC and an LCD projector. Note that only LCD projectors will be provided. The connection with LCD projectors is only VGA type connector. Authors are expected to bring their presentation on their own laptop computers along with a backup copy on flash memory in case of laptop failure.

Poster should be fit inside the size of poster board 1800mm height x 1200mm width. Recommended poster size is 1200mm height x 900mm width (A0 portrait size).
Poster session is held on Nov. 14 (Thu) at the Nara prefectural New Public Hall. Poster boards will be available after 17:10, and session time is 17:30-19:25. Posters should be removed at the end of the poster session. Otherwise the posters will be discarded.
Poster should be put up according to the presentation number (e.g., P-1) in the abstract booklet (online list here).
