You are therefore strongly encouraged to test your laptop connection to the projector well ahead of time. For connecting your laptop to the power line (105 VAC, 60 Hz), bring an appropriate adaptor. Overhead projection will not be available.
Do not exceed presentation time for management of meeting.

Posters for the scientific poster exhibition will be displayed at the first floor of the Centennial Hall. The poster size should not exceed 140 cm in height and 90 cm in width. The poster number will be indicated at top left of the poster board. Pins can be used to fix the poster on the board. Pins are provided by the organizers.

The official Poster Sessions have been scheduled on November 11, starting at 16:50 to 18.30. The posters should be on display at lunch time until the end of poster session.
